A third of UK consumers feel no loyalty to their insurance provider, according to a report.

Based on a survey of 1000 UK consumers, the report by ELLO Media also found that 47% of respondents felt it no longer pays to be loyal to a particular brand, though more than a third said they would be loyal if they were rewarded for it..
