Loyalty and engagement specialist, ELLO Media, has helped secure a new commercial partnership working with their client, Vue Entertainment, with leading mobile telecoms provider, Vodafone, to enhance its popular VeryMe Rewards scheme.


Launched on the My Vodafone app in October 2018, VeryMe Rewards already has over 2.5 million users. VeryMe Rewards is Vodafone’s way of thanking their millions of users with weekly rewards designed around the things they love. Vodafone users can access exclusive rewards, prize draws and giveaways which change to match their interests.

To support VeryMe Rewards’ ongoing goal of providing a best-in-class customer experience, Vue joined forces with Vodafone to offer an exclusive deal seeing users gain access to two Vue tickets for £7, as one of the reward scheme’s core offers. To ensure the partnership runs smoothly, ELLO Media built a new, streamlined redemption platform for Vue to optimise the user-journey for Vodafone customers accessing tickets.

Vue Entertainment UK & I appointed ELLO Media in November 2018 to explore new ways of enhancing its products and partnerships within the corporate sector. ELLO Media was awarded the tender following a competitive pitch in which it delivered an innovative vision for increasing revenue opportunities and raising brand awareness. ELLO Media built a bespoke web portal which could be cobranded to provide a holistic solution for future commercial partnerships.
